Effective: 5 June 2026 · Version 2.0
These terms ("Terms") govern your use of Becoming ("the experience"), a non-commercial Pride Month visual artwork created and published by Xylora Studios ("we", "us"). By loading, viewing, scrolling, or otherwise interacting with the experience you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please close the tab.
Becoming is a scroll-driven cinematic artwork about identity, visibility, and the people who make a self possible. It is artistic expression, not medical advice, psychological advice, legal advice, or guidance on how to live any particular life. It is offered free of charge for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
The experience contains flashing imagery, rapid color changes, audio-reactive strobing, steep camera-style motion, depth and parallax effects, and a continuously playing score. Some chapters depict isolation, dysphoria, public confrontation, and other emotionally intense themes. By proceeding, you acknowledge these warnings. If you have photosensitive epilepsy, vestibular conditions, motion sickness, or are otherwise sensitive to strobing audio-visual content, you should not view the experience, or should view it with sound muted, reduced motion enabled in your operating system, and with the in-experience "skip → credits" link readily available.
All source code, design, copy, animation, layout, and visual systems of Becoming are © 2026 Xylora Studios and are protected by international copyright law. The soundtrack "Splintered Prism" is © Akira_6606 and is used here with the artist's permission; credit to Akira_6606 must be retained anywhere the soundtrack is discussed.
Pride flag color systems, identity terms, and community references appearing in the experience belong to the communities that created them. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership in those community symbols.
You may view the experience for personal enjoyment, share the public URL, link to it, cite short excerpts in reviews and educational contexts with attribution, and discuss it in writing. Screen recordings for personal use or short critical commentary are fine.
You may not: (a) rehost, mirror, repackage, or redistribute the experience or any substantial portion of its code, assets, or soundtrack; (b) remove or alter copyright, credit, or attribution notices; (c) extract the soundtrack and republish it on any platform; (d) use scrapers, headless browsers, or automated agents to mass-download assets; (e) frame the experience inside another property in a way that obscures its origin; (f) use Becoming to train machine-learning models or generative systems without prior written permission; (g) use Becoming, its name, or Xylora Studios' branding to imply endorsement of any product, service, candidate, or organisation.
Becoming does not accept user-submitted content. There is no comment system, login, upload form, or messaging surface. If a future version adds one, additional terms will apply at that point.
The experience links out to Xylora Studios, the Akira_6606 Spotify page, and to the Privacy and Terms documents. We do not control any destination outside this domain and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Becoming is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the experience will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, or assistive technology.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xylora Studios, its contributors, and Akira_6606 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the experience. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to access Becoming, which is zero.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xylora Studios and Akira_6606 from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your misuse of the experience or breach of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the experience at any time without notice. These Terms remain in effect for any access that occurred while the experience was live.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xylora Studios is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If we materially change these Terms, we will update this page and bump the version number above. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
